What photo size fits?

8.8 x 10.7 cm, the classic Polaroid size. Instax Wide fits too. Instax Mini and Instax Square are too small to stay in place. Any photo trimmed to 8.8 x 10.7 cm works.

Where can I get a photo that size?

Most photo shops can make one at 8.8 x 10.7 cm, or you can trim a larger photo to that size. Every frame also comes with a sample photo card, so it looks good while you choose.

How do I change the photo?

Open the shutters and pull the top cover straight up and out; the thin plate below it comes out with it. Swap the photo on the front of the plate, then slide both back down from the top until the cover sits in place.

What is in the box?

Your window with its shutters, with a sample photo card already inside and 2 strong tape pads already on the back; the balcony with its 2 key hooks, which clicks on under the window; and a small card with the steps.

How does it hang?

With the 2 strong tape pads already on the back: peel off their film, press the frame firmly onto a clean, dry, smooth wall for 30 seconds and wait 24 hours before you hang your keys. Prefer screws? Take out the top cover and photo: behind them are 2 hidden holes, 7 cm apart, for 3 mm flat-head screws, 20 to 25 mm long (not included), with 5 mm wall plugs on concrete or block walls.

Will it hold my keys?

Yes. The two hooks under the window take a set of keys, and the tape pads hold the frame on the wall with the keys on it. Give the pads 24 hours on the wall before you hang your keys. For a heavy bunch of keys, use the 2 screw holes instead.

What size is it?

10.6 x 13.6 cm, 21 cm wide with the shutters open and 1.2 cm deep with them closed. The balcony stands 3.6 cm out from the wall.

Which colours can I choose?

Two: one for the shutters and hooks, one for the frame, its top and the balcony. Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Black or White. Pick the same colour twice for a one-colour frame.

Can I add a name?

Yes, up to 10 letters A to Z, raised on the top cover. Letters are white, or black when the frame is White or Yellow. The small extra shows on the product page before you add it to your cart.

How do I look after it?

Keep it indoors, away from direct sun and heat, and wipe it with a dry cloth.

Where do you deliver?

Across Lebanon, by courier to your door. You pay cash on delivery or with Whish.

Can I return it?

If your frame arrives damaged, faulty or not what you ordered, email us at framylo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. We do not take back frames for a change of mind.
