Shipping policy

framylo delivers across Lebanon by local courier. We do not offer international shipping yet.

Dispatch

Each frame is prepared to order. Orders are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 business days of confirmation (for Whish orders, of payment confirmation). Dispatch times are estimates and may extend during high demand or holidays; we will contact you if your order is significantly delayed.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, depending on your region. The courier will call you to coordinate delivery, so please provide an accurate phone number and address at checkout. Delivery fees are shown at checkout.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery, paid to the courier in USD, and Whish payment. For Whish orders, nothing is due on delivery.

Failed deliveries

If the courier cannot reach you, your order is returned to us. We will contact you to arrange redelivery; an additional delivery fee may apply.

Damaged in transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged, photograph it before opening if you can, then contact us within 7 days at framylo@gmail.com. See our refund policy for what happens next.
