Welcome to framylo. By placing an order on framylo.com you agree to these terms.

Our products

framylo frames are decorative wall-mounted photo frames. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and each piece is hand-finished, so small variations are part of its character.

Orders and prices

All prices are in US dollars. Quantity discounts, when active, are applied automatically at checkout. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as obvious pricing errors, suspected fraud, or an address we cannot deliver to; if payment was already made, it will be refunded in full.

Payment

We accept cash on delivery and Whish payment within Lebanon. Whish orders enter preparation once payment is confirmed.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

Delivery is described in our shipping policy, and returns and refunds in our refund policy. Both are part of these terms.

Your photos

You supply and print the photos you display in your frame. They remain yours, and we take no rights over them.

Our content

The framylo name, logo, product designs, photography, and website content belong to framylo and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Lebanon.
